Two pet max per apartment. No weight restrictions. Non-refundable pet fee $500 at move in. Monthly Pet Rent $10 per pet. Current vaccination records and current photo due at move-in for file. Prohibited Breeds: Pit Bull Terrier or Mix, Rottweiler or Rottweiler Mix, Staffordshire Terrier/Bull or Mix. Prohibited Pets: Rabbits, Rodents, Reptiles, Exotic Animals, Ferrets
